A successful collaboration is not stagnant. It’s dynamic, changing from moment to moment and it requires constant awareness. It’s challenging enough when you’re dealing with a peer. But when you collaborate with a celebrity, it has its own set of rules. There are several reasons for this. The first one is that they don’t know how to write but they usually think they do.
